Shape Up US is a non-profit entity that shows children, teachers and the community at large how important physical health is for optimum lifestyle options.
Since we like helping people too, connecting with them last weekend seemed like a perfect fit. We were a few of over 1500 people and 40 vendors that showed up on a beautiful Saturday to help kids get fit and we can't wait to go again.
We even had special guests.
Baxter, who seemed to have a bit of swing trouble.
