"My family is heavily into recycling. Where most people in our neighborhood have the small recycling tub, we use a full sized 30 gallon can for the weekly recycling pickup. Also, rather than throw things in the dump, we donate anything that is even remotely re-useable to Goodwill and Hope house, which not only keeps these items out of a landfill, they also go to a worthy cause."
