No. There are no fees.

Yes, the funds on your card expire after 1 year from activation date.
  Can value be added onto my card after it is activated?
No, the card is disposable. It cannot be reloaded. When all value is used, the card is will be voided.
  If my card is lost or stolen, how do I report it?
If your card is lost or stolen, email cards@dixongolf.com to cancel your card as soon as you can. You will need to know your card number, so be sure to record it in a safe place. You may also be required to provide additional information.
