• What is the Card and how do I use it?
  The Card is a Prepaid Gift Card that can be used to purchase merchandise ONLY at dixongolf.com. During checkout please enter the gift card number in the "Use DixonGolf Gift Card" section, then select the "Apply Gift Certificate" button to apply the amount toward your purchase.


• Do the funds on my Card expire?
  Yes, the funds on your Card expire after 1 year from activation date.


• Is the card redeemable for cash?
  No, the cards value is not redeemable for cash and has no cash value.


• Do fees apply after my Card is activated?
  No. There are no fees.


• Can value be added onto my Card after it is activated?
  No, the Card is disposable. It cannot be reloaded. When all value is used, the Card is voided.


• If my Card is lost or stolen, how do I report it?
  If your Card is lost or stolen, email cards@dixongolf.com to cancel your Card as soon as you can. You will need to know your Card number, so be sure to record it in a safe place. You may also be required to provide additional information.
